Dear Mr. Palmer:

Subject: Request to withdraw Tariff Notice 819

This refers to Bell Canada 's letter dated 1 June 2005 , applying to withdraw Tariff Notice 819 (TN 819) in relation to the services provided under Customer Specific Arrangement contract number P1-111, because the arrangement with the customer no longer involves a bundle of services.   Bell Canada 's application is accepted.

Bell Canada also sought advice regarding the necessity to issue tariff pages as directed in Bell Canada - Customer Specific Arrangement , Telecom Order CRTC 2005-203, 26 May 2005 . Given that its application to withdraw TN 819 has been accepted, the company is not required to issue the tariff pages in question.

Yours sincerely,

Scott Hutton
