File No: 8661-C12-10/02 To: Parties to Public Notice CRTC 2002-4 Re: Competitor Digital Network Services - Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-6 - Final Deferral Account Draw Down Estimates By letter dated 6 May 2005, MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) requested an extension to the filing due date identified in a Commission staff letter, dated 14 April 2005, with respect to deferral account draw down estimates associated with Competitor Digital Network Services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-6, 3 February 2005. The Commission staff letter required each competitor to identify CDN-eligible demand information to the appropriate incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) by 1 June 2005 and each ILEC to file final deferral account draw down amounts attributed to CDN Services by 15 July 2005. MTS Allstream requested that the 1 June 2005 deadline be extended to 1 July 2005 based on the significant workload necessary to analyze circuits to determine their CDN eligibility. Similar requests were received verbally from other parties. Under the circumstances, the requests to extend the filing deadline are considered reasonable. Accordingly, each competitor is to identify CDN-eligible demand information to the appropriate ILEC by 27 June 2005 , and each ILEC is to file with the Commission final deferral account draw down amounts attributed to CDN Services by 25 July 2005 .
