Dear Mr. Scott: Re: Execulink Telecom Inc. Tariff Notice No. 43 In the above noted tariff notice, Execulink Telecom Inc. (Execulink) proposes rate changes to Residential and Business Primary Exchange Services. Execulink is requested to respond to the attached interrogatories by 25 April 2005 . Responses are to be received by the Commission, and not merely sent, by this date. The Commission expects this application to be disposed of within 45 business days of the date the Commission received the application.

Execulink Telecom Inc. Tariff Notice No. 43 Interrogatories 1) Provide the number of residential and business NAS as at 31 December 2004 . 2) Provide the amount of revenue recovered by the proposed exogenous amount of $0.88 and compare to the estimate of toll interconnection revenue loss in excess of 35% set out Appendix B of Decision 2005-3. 3) Revise the price regulation models for 2005, included as Attachments 1 and 2 of Tariff Notice 43, so that each model includes an additional column setting out the 2005 unused rate increase.
