Ms. Marguerite Briglio, M.B.A., A.A.T.
Dear Ms. Briglio:
Subject: Tariff Notice 85 - Centrex II Service
On 13 January 2005 , the Commission received an application from Prince Rupert City Tel (CityTel) under cover of Tariff Notice 85, which proposed to introduce Centrex II service. In its application, CityTel indicated that the features and rates for Centrex II were similar to those approved for Northwestel. Following a review of the application, Commission staff found that the rate for the Call Trace feature was not included while a reference to it was made in note 4 on page 2-31. Furthermore, CityTel's letter refers to Item 10, Centrex II Service, while tariff page 2-26 shows Item 11. In light of the above, we are unable to proceed. Consequently, this file is closed. The Commission is open to examining a new application from the company containing the missing information. The application must be filed under cover of a new tariff notice. Sincerely, 'Original signed by S. Hutton '
