Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Subject: Request to withdraw Proposed Tariff Pages for certain Customer Specific Arrangements Further to the Commission staff letter dated 20 January 2005 in response to Bell Canada's letter dated 29 July 2004, requesting to withdraw proposed tariff pages for certain Customer Specific Arrangements (CSAs), the tariff pages for contracts P1-126 and P1-179 filed under Tariff Notices 752 and 751 are also considered withdrawn and it is noted that Tariff Notice (TN) 780 was indicated instead of TN 800. In addition, Bell Canada 's request to withdraw contract P1-170 under Tariff Notice 755/794, in its Letter dated 30 April 2004 , was accepted in a Commission staff letter dated 24 January 2005 .
