Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Subject: Request to withdraw Proposed Tariff Pages for certain Customer Specific Arrangements In a Commission staff letter dated the 20 January 2005, Bell Canada's request, dated 24 September 2004 requesting withdrawal of proposed tariff pages for a number of Customer Specific Arrangements, namely P1-66, P1-89, P1-112, P1-125, P1-152, P1-178, P3-5, P3-27, P3-60 and P3-121 filed under Tariff Notices 752, 754, 755, 762, 764, 774 and 798/A was accepted. Commission staff notes Bell Canada's letter dated 15 October 2004 advising that contract P3-60 was to continue and filed it under a new Tariff Notice 837.
