Mr. Lucien Laroche Dear Mr. Laroche: Subject: Tariff Notice 38 - Support structure service On 12 November 2004, the Commission received an application from La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick ( Warwick ) under cover of Tariff Notice 38, which proposes the introduction of support structure service. Commission staff notes that Warwick 's tariff page did not specify the average span length that would be provided for the monthly charge for a strand. Consequently, this file is now closed. However, the Commission is open to examining a new application from the company containing the missing information. The application must be filed under cover of a new tariff notice. Sincerely,
Scott Hutton cc: H. Jacques, CRTC (819) 953-4945 Date Modified: 2005-01-07 |
