Re: Annual Independent Production Report Pursuant to Decision CRTC 2002-323 (Case Number 223329)

Dear Mr. Miller:

This is to advise that the Commission accepts CHUM Limited's Year 2 Independent Production Activity Report for the 2003/2004 Broadcast Year, filed 7 January 2005 pursuant to Licence renewal for seven CHUM Limited television stations, Decision CRTC 2002-323, 21 October 2002.

This is also to advise that the Commission grants your request to treat as confidential the detailed financial information, as this information relates to individual programs.

The report will be placed on the Commission website and CHUM Limited's public examination file.
