CFRQ-FM Dartmouth, Nova Scotia - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by Newcap Inc. to change the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking CFRQ-FM Dartmouth, by relocating the transmitter and by decreasing the antenna height.
2. The Commission notes that approval of this application will not result in any significant change to the authorized contours.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
