Revocation of licence

1.

591991 B.C. Ltd. has requested the revocation of its licence for the French-language radio network authorized to broadcast the regular and play-off hockey games of the Rimouski Océanic.

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to 591991 B.C. Ltd. for the above-mentioned radio network.
