The Commission approves the application by Northeast Social Club to change the authorized contours of its transmitters CFDD-FM and CFDE-FM James Bay (Camp Keyano (LG4)), by increasing the average effective radiated power (ERP) of CFDD-FM from 79 watts to 159 watts, and by increasing the average ERP of CFDE-FM from 77 watts to 156 watts as well as by increasing the antenna height of both transmitters.

The Commission also approves the proposed change in the authorized contours of the transmitters CFGA-FM and CFGD-FM James Bay (Camp Brisay), by increasing the average ERP of CFGA-FM from 258 watts to 371 watts, and by increasing the average ERP of CFGD-FM from 266 watts to 378 watts, as well as by decreasing the antenna height of both transmitters.

The licensee wishes to change the authorized contours of the four transmitters in order to better serve the central employees who take the roads which lead from LG4 to LG3, LG4 to Laforge 1, and Brisay to Laforge 2.

The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
