Administrative renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the national direct-to-home pay-per-view programming undertaking of Bell ExpressVu Inc. (the general partner), and BCE Inc., and 4119649 Canada Inc. (partners in BCE Holdings G.P., a general partnership that is the limited partner), carrying on business as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership, from 1 December 20051 to 31 January 2006, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

The application for the renewal of this licence was published in Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2005-59, 10 June 2005. However, the Commission will not be able to rule on this application before the current licence expires.

This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date.
