Revocation of licence

1. In CJCI Prince George - Conversion to FM band, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-421, 10 December 2002, the Commission approved an application by Cariboo Central Interior Radio Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate an FM radio programming undertaking at Prince George to replace its AM station CJCI. The new FM station is now in operation.
2. Cariboo Central Interior Radio Inc. has now requested the revocation of its licence for the radio programming undertaking CJCI Prince George.
3. Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Cariboo Central Interior Radio Inc. for CJCI Prince George.
