CFOS Owen Sound - Licence amendment

1. The Commission approves the application by Bayshore Broadcasting Corporation (Bayshore) to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CFOS Owen Sound, in order to delete the transmitter CFPS Port Elgin.
2. Bayshore has confirmed since the implementation of its new station CFPS-FM Port Elgin it has ceased the operation of the transmitter CFPS.
3. The Commission received two interventions in support of this application.
