CFFF-FM Peterborough - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by Trent Radio to change the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking CFFF-FM Peterborough, by increasing the effective radiated power from 250 watts to 700 watts, by increasing the antenna height and by relocating the transmitter.
2. The licensee stated that the transmitter tower has been replaced and that the increase in power will provide a better signal to serve Peterborough and the surrounding communities.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
