VF8023 Aylesford - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by Aylesford Community Baptist Church to change the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking VF8023 Aylesford, by increasing the effective radiated power from 5 watts to 50 watts.
2. The licensee indicated that the undertaking is located in a rural area and that the increase in power would allow it to provide a valuable service to the surrounding communities of Kingston and Berwick.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
