Revocation of licences

1.

Rogers Cable Communications Inc. has requested the revocation of its licences for the cable distribution undertakings authorized to serve Midland and Strathroy.

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licences issued to Rogers Cable Communications Inc. for the above-mentioned undertakings.
