The licensee must use the station solely for the purpose of broadcasting the hockey games of the Moose Jaw Warriors and baseball games of the Moose Jaw Millers, including all pre and post game shows, and a one-hour noon-time program broadcast Monday to Friday related to the promotion of events and games of the hockey club.

  The amended condition of licence would read as follows:
 

The licensee must use the station solely for the purpose of broadcasting the hockey games of the Moose Jaw Warriors and baseball games of the Moose Jaw Millers, fastball games from Memorial Field, and selected Moose Jaw High School athletic events. This would include all pre and post game shows, and a one-hour noon-time program broadcast Monday to Friday related to the promotion of events and games of the hockey club.

SaskTel currently carries both signals in a discretionary tier.
  The Global stations notes that they have no objection to the carriage of their signal by SaskTel into North Battleford and Weyburn.
  SaskTel states that this authority will ensure a level playing field with existing broadcasting distribution providers within the communities of Weyburn and North Battleford.
