  The transmitter would operate on frequency 100.7 MHz (channel 264LP) with an effective radiated power of 22 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of 55 metres).

  The licensee proposes to change the authorized contours of its transmitter CJLR-FM-3 Prince Albert by increasing the effective radiated power from 50 to 249 watts and by decreasing the antenna height from 40 metres to 21 metres.
  The Commission notes that the increase in power would result in a change of the CJLR-FM-3 status from a low power unprotected service to a regular Class A1 FM Station.
  The licensee wishes to increase the quality of the signal of the transmitter.

  The Commission notes that the increase in power would result in a change of the CJLR-FM status from a low power unprotected service to a regular Class A1 FM station.

  A true copy must be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
  The Commission advises those who file and serve by electronic mode to exercise caution when using e-mail for service of documents or notification, as it may be difficult to establish that service has occurred.
  Before initiating service through electronic mode, please ensure that you will be able to satisfy the Commission, upon request, that service of the notification was completed.
