The licensee proposes to change the authorized contours of its transmitter CJLR-FM-3 Prince Albert by increasing the effective radiated power from 50 to 249 watts and by decreasing the antenna height from 40 metres to 21 metres. | |
The Commission notes that the increase in power would result in a change of the CJLR-FM-3 status from a low power unprotected service to a regular Class A1 FM Station. | |
The licensee wishes to increase the quality of the signal of the transmitter. | |
