  Application by Fabrique de la Paroisse de Saint-André d'Acton Vale to amend the licence of  radio programming undertaking VF8007 Acton Vale.
  The licensee proposes to amend the licence by changing the frequency of VF8007 Acton Vale from 89.7 MHz (channel 209LP) to 90.1 MHz (channel 211LP).
  In Licence amendment for CBM-FM, Decision CRTC 99-466, 14 October 1999, the Commission authorized CBM-FM Montréal to operate a transmitter in Sherbrooke on frequency 89.7 MHz (channel 209B). Since the licensee was operating VF8007 on the same frequency, as an unprotected FM service, the licensee must use another frequency, or cease broadcasting.

  Application by Radio Beauce inc. to amend the licence of  radio programming undertaking CKRB-FM Saint-Georges-de-Beauce.
  The licensee proposes to amend the licence by changing the frequency from 103.3 MHz (channel 277A) to 103.5 MHz (channel 278B). The licensee also proposes to change the authorized contours andincrease the effective radiated power from 2,175 to 17,000 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height to 117.4 metres.
  The authorized contour of the station will be increased significantly resulting from the proposed increase in power.
  The licensee stated that the proposed changes will result in a better quality signal to listeners and current client-advertisers located in Saint-Georges-de-Beauce within its licensed area. The proposed amendments will also offer a continuous radio service along route 173 and highway 73.
  This application is technically mutually exclusive with applications by 176100 Canada inc. (2004-0054-9) and by Radio Ville-Marie (2003-1756-2).

  Application by 176100 Canada Inc. to amend the licence of radio programming undertaking CKYQ-FM Plessisville, Quebec.
  The licensee proposes to add an FM transmitter atVictoriaville to broadcast the programming of CKYQ-FM in order to serve the population of Victoriaville.
  The transmitter would operate on frequency 103.5 MHz (channel 278LP) with an effective radiated power of 50 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of 15.8 metres).
  The licensee indicates that CKYQ-FM's market, the Région de l'Érable, including the cities of Plessisville and Princeville, merged to Victoriaville, which resulted in a restructuring of its range of advertisers.
  This application is technically mutually exclusive with applications by Radio Beauce inc. (2003-0979-1) and by Radio Ville-Marie (2003-1756-2).

  The licensee proposes to amend the licence by changing the frequency of its new transmitter at Victoriaville as approved in CRTC Broadcasting Decision 2003-471, from 89.3 MHz (channel 207A) to 103.5 MHz (channel 278A). The effective radiated power will remain at 575 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of 82.9 meters).
  The licensee indicates that frequency 103.5 MHz will enhance the quality of the signal.
  This application is technically mutually exclusive with applications by Radio Beauce inc. (2003-0979-1) and 176100 Canada Inc. (2004-0054-9).
