  Application by TVA Group Inc. (TVA) to change one of the eligible benefits that was part of the tangible benefits package relating to the transaction approved in Transfer of effective control of TVA to Quebecor Média inc.,Decision CRTC 2001-384, 5 July 2001.
  As part of the tangible benefits package proposed by Quebecor Média inc., TVA was to contribute $250,000 to the Hexagram research consortium (the consortium), associated with Concordia and UQAM universities.
  The contribution to the consortium was to help develop common interest multimedia projects for Concordia and UQAM. The consortium was not able to develop such projects.
  Instead, TVA proposes to contribute $225,000 to UQAM's Chair of Communication to finance activities related to the communication department, and to contribute $25,000 to the Société de développement des entreprises culturelles to finance the workshop Atelier Grand Nord, reuniting screenwriters from four different francophone countries.

  The licensee proposes to add an FM transmitter atCornwall to rebroadcast the programming of CHRI-FM.
  The transmitter would operate on frequency 88.1 MHz (channel 201LP) with an effective radiated power of 50 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of 30 metres).
