The Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), dated 19 February 2004, to revise Special Services Tariff item 733.6, Voice Grade Channels, for the Yukon Territorial Government. This special assembly provides for a Multi Departmental Mobile Radio System used by the Yukon Territorial Government to provide communications along the Yukon highways. |

Northwestel submitted that the channels are used for different applications including voice and data traffic. In its application, the company proposed a 15% increase to the rate for Voice Grade Channels provided under this special assembly to reflect the increase to the rates for Voice Grade Channels provided in the General Tariff and approved in Telecom Order CRTC 2002-321, 26 July 2002. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Northwestel's application. The revisions take effect as of 16 April 2004. |
