Withdrawal of business video access and business video network service |

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 11 February 2004, to withdraw Supplementary Tariff items 5705,Business Video Access, and 5710, Business Video Network Service, as there are no existing customers taking either the access service or the network service. |

MTS submitted that business video access provides a two-way audio/video connection between a customer's premises and MTS's serving central office. MTS also submitted that previous customers and potential customers have found alternative services to be more cost-effective. MTS added that technology change also has resulted in customers having more economical solutions such that these two services have become essentially obsolete. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves MTS's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
