TELUS Communications Inc.

Customer specific business service


The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 3 February 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 689, Customer Specific Business Service - (Alberta Only), in order to provide a special facilities service that meets the specific requirements of a single large customer in Alberta.


TCI also provided a copy of the Special Assembly Agreement and the Amending Agreement associated with the proposed item 689 for Commission approval.


TCI filed an imputation test in support of its application.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission finds that the imputation test is satisfactory.


The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
