The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 3 February 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 689, Customer Specific Business Service - (Alberta Only), in order to provide a special facilities service that meets the specific requirements of a single large customer in Alberta. |

TCI also provided a copy of the Special Assembly Agreement and the Amending Agreement associated with the proposed item 689 for Commission approval. |

TCI filed an imputation test in support of its application. |
4. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
5. |
The Commission finds that the imputation test is satisfactory. |
6. |
The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
