Resale of tariffed services |

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 6 February 2004, to introduce General Tariff item 20, Resale of Tariffed Services in the Territories of Other Companies Under Common Control, in order to reflect the Commission's modifications to the affiliate rule in Regulatory safeguards with respect to incumbent affiliates, bundling by Bell Canada and related matters, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-76, 12 December 2002. |

Bell Canada's proposed tariff states that the rates, charges, terms and conditions applicable to the regulated services of the company's affiliated incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs) that are resold by Bell Canada shall be as defined in the approved tariffs of the affiliated ILEC for such services. |

Bell Canada also proposed to transfer existing item 20, Definitions, of its General Tariff to a new item 11, and renumber the pages accordingly. Bell Canada noted that item 20 has been created for the proposed tariff for resale of tariffed services. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
