  Ottawa, 15 March 2004

Rogers Communications Inc.

  Reference: Tariff Notice 13

Third-party Internet access service

1.

The Commission received an application by Rogers Communications Inc. (Rogers), dated 29 January 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff (SFT) item 103, Rates and Charges, in order to permit an Internet service provider to use Rogers's third party Internet access service.

2.

Rogers noted that it filed an application under Tariff Notice 11, dated 19 July 2001, amended by Tariff Notice 11A , dated 12 October 2001, proposing rates and charges for third party Internet access service. Rogers proposed that the rates and charges set out in the SFT operate on an interim basis until the Commission disposes of Tariff Notices 11 and 11A.

3.

The Commission approves on an interim basis Rogers's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
