Non-material changes to tariffs

1.

The Commission received an application by ExaTEL Inc. (ExaTEL), dated 13 January 2004, proposing administrative changes to the following General Tariff items:
 
  • Part B - Interconnection with Local Exchange Carriers
    Item 201, Compensation for Traffic Termination
    Item 202, Basic Listing Interchange File
 
  • Part C - Interconnection with Interexchange Service Providers (IXSPs)
    Item 302, Trunk-side Access
    Item 304, Bulk Transfer of End-Customer Base Between IXSPs
    Item 305, Billing and Collection Service
 
  • Part D - Interconnection with Wireless Service Providers
    Item 402, Trunk-side Access
    Item 403, Line-side Access

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves on an interim basis ExaTEL's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 June 2002.

4.

ExaTEL is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
