Digital transmission facilities |

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 4 December 2003 and amended on 6 January 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff items D77(a) and D77(b), Digital Transmission Facilities, in order to provide digital facilities to two customers. |

Bell Canada indicated that item D77(a) would provide the customer with a DS-3 facility between their premises in St-Bruno and the company's St-Lambert, Quebec central-office while item D77(b) would provide for a DS-1 facility between the customer's premises in Sauble Beach and the company's Owen Sound, Ontario central-office. |

Bell Canada also indicated that the rates were developed on an individual basis and the customers concurred with the proposed monthly rates and service charges. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
