Digital transmission facilities

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 4 December 2003 and amended on 6 January 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff items D77(a) and D77(b), Digital Transmission Facilities, in order to provide digital facilities to two customers.

Bell Canada indicated that item D77(a) would provide the customer with a DS-3 facility between their premises in St-Bruno and the company's St-Lambert, Quebec central-office while item D77(b) would provide for a DS-1 facility between the customer's premises in Sauble Beach and the company's Owen Sound, Ontario central-office.

Bell Canada also indicated that the rates were developed on an individual basis and the customers concurred with the proposed monthly rates and service charges.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
