The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 17 November 2004, for approval of Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (the agreement) between Bell Canada and Vidéotron Télécom ltée (VTL). |

The proposed Schedule C reflects new exchanges for interconnection between Bell Canada and VTL. |
3. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
4. |
The Commission notes that Bell Canada filed Schedule C in confidence and did not provide an abridged version of that document for the public record. |
5. |
The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. |
