  Ottawa, 11 February 2004

Mornington Communications Co-operative Limited

  Reference: Tariff Notice 33

Custom calling features, call management and teen services

The Commission received an application by Mornington Communications Co-operative Limited (Mornington), dated 5 January 2004, to revise item 3, Custom Calling Features, item 4, Call Management Service, and item 5, Teen Service, under section 490, and section 820, Voice Mail/Call Answer Service, of its General Tariff.

Mornington submitted that this application will provide customers with an incentive to add additional call management services, customer calling features, the teen service and voice mail/call answer services to their existing or new account. The company also proposed a 30-day free trial offer of the service upon subscription, from 1 March 2004 to 31 December 2004.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Mornington's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 March 2004.

Mornington is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
