The Commission received an application by Bell West Inc. (Bell West), dated 16 November 2004, for approval of a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection (the agreement) between Bell West and Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. |

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions associated with the provision of trunk-side access by Bell West to Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. |

3. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

4. |
The Commission approves Bell West's application. |
