The Commission received an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc. (Guèvremont), dated 23 April 2004 and amended on 30 September and 15 November 2004, proposing an overall tariff restructuring with non-material implications. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Guèvremont's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
