TELUS Communications Inc.

  Reference: TCI Tariff Notice 161, former TCI Tariff Notice 541 and TCBC Tariff Notice 4222
 

Non-material changes to tariffs

1.

The Commission received three applications by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 10 November 2004, proposing to (a) correct various tariff cross-references, (b) reflect proper spelling of various place names, (c) correct a service name, (d) remove a footnote, and (e) delete Boat Basin from the list of TCI exchanges.

2.

TCI proposed revisions under the following Tariff Notices (TNs):
 
  • TCI TN 161 - TCI General Tariff items 104.0, What TCI Provides, Maintains and Repairs, 116.0, Telephone Directories, and 307, Special Number Search.
 
  • Former TCI TN 541 - Former TCI General Tariff items 435, TCI Exchanges - Rate Band and Extended Area Service (EAS) Classifications, and 280, Foreign Wire Centre Service.
 
  • TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (TCBC) TN 4222 - TCBC General Tariff item 30, Exchanges, and TCBC Carrier Access Tariff item 105, Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling.

The Commission received no comments with respect to these applications.

The Commission notes that these revisions will have no material impact on rates or services provided.

5.

The Commission approves TCI's applications.The revisions take effect as of 16 December 2004.
