The Commission received an application by Bell Canada on behalf of itself, Aliant Telecom Inc. and MTS Allstream Inc., dated 26 October 2004 and amended on 8 November 2004, to migrate National Services Tariff item 380, Digital Private Line Satellite Access to a new Special Facilities Tariff item F38, Digital Private Line Satellite Access. |

Bell Canada also proposed to clarify the definition for "Cross border" traffic to the United States and correct typographical errors. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order. |
