The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 24 August 2004, to revise Carrier Access Tariff item 208, Local Number Portability - Access to Service Control Point (LNP-SCP) service in order to reduce the rates for the one-time system administration service charge and the usage per query charge. |

By letter dated 21 October 2004, TCI provided a revised cost study and imputation test, reflecting changes to cost study assumptions. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

4. |
The Commission notes that the proposed rates for the LNP-SCP service meet the imputation test. |
|
5. |
The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order. |
