The Commission received an application by Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec), dated 15 October 2004, for approval of the Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection (the agreement) between Télébec Limited Partnership and Distributel Communications Ltd. |

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions associated with the provision of trunk-side access by Télébec Limited Partnership to Distributel Communications Ltd. |
3. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
4. |
The Commission approves Télébec's application. |
