Voice access service - Temporary suspension of service

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 7 October 2004, to revise General Tariff item 200, Primary Access Service, in order to add an option to the service that would allow customers the ability to dial 9-1-1 or a toll free number while on temporary suspension of service.

Aliant Telecom submitted that customers would pay the 9-1-1 monthly fee for this service during the temporary suspension.
