The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 8 October 2004 and amended on 18 October 2004, to introduce General Tariff item 4665, Schedules 3 and 3A channels, and to revise General Tariff items 950, Local channels, 3750, Monthly distance charges or rentals for inter-exchange channels and the associated local channels, 4550, Lease of channels, and 4660, Channels for data transmission. |

In this application, Bell Canada proposed to consolidate all rates and charges associated with Schedules 3 and 3A channels from General Tariff items 950, 3750 and 4660 to item 4665, in order to simplify the tariff for analogue channels. |

Bell Canada submitted that there are no changes to the services or the rates and charges. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order. |
