The Commission received an application by Bell Canada dated 16 December 2003 and amended on 28 January 2004 and 1 June 2004, to introduce to the National Services Tariff a Special Facilities Services (Special Assemblies) item 720, Master Agreement - Customer Specific Arrangement, in order to provide a new business arrangement outlining the bundle of services provided to the customer which provides for Business Primary Exchange (Local) Service, Megalink Service, Digital Network Access Service, Long Distance and Toll-Free Services, Frame Relay Service, Ethernet Internetworking Service and Terminal Equipment and Maintenance. |

Bell Canada filed an imputation test in support of its application. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
4. |
The Commission finds that the imputation test is satisfactory. |
5. |
The Commission approved on an interim basis the ex parte application in Telecom Order CRTC 2004-251, 27 July 2004. |

The Commission approves on a final basis Bell Canada's application. |
