Arrangements for data transmission

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada dated 12 March 2004 and amended on 30 March 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item D78, Network Services and Network Management Services, in order to provide the customer with a network service consisting of a DS-3 Digital Network Access channel capable of digital transmission at a 44.736 Mbps rate and an associated Network Management Services.

Bell Canada filed an imputation test in support of its application.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission finds that the imputation test is satisfactory.

5.

The Commission approved on an interim basis the ex parte application in Telecom Order CRTC 2004-128, 19 April 2004.

6.

The Commission approves on a final basis Bell Canada's application.
