The Commission received an application by Call-Net Enterprises Inc. (Call-Net), on behalf of Call-Net Communications Inc. (CNCI), dated 7 October 2004, for approval of a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection (the agreement) between CNCI and Yak Communications (Canada) Inc. |

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions associated with the provision of trunk-side access by CNCI to Yak Communications (Canada) Inc. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Call-Net's application. |
