Whole RF Channel Service Agreement - DIRECTV 3

1.

The Commission received an application by Telesat Canada (Telesat), dated 8 July 2004, for approval of the Whole RF Channel Service Agreement between Telesat and Bell ExpressVu Inc.

2.

The Commission notes that Telesat filed the application in confidence and provided an abridged version for the public record.

3.

In Whole RF channel service agreement - DIRECTV 3, Telecom Order CRTC 2004-232, dated 14 July 2004, the Commission approved, on an interim basis,Telesat's application effective 19 July 2004.

4.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves on a final basis Telesat's application.
