The Commission received an application by Telesat Canada (Telesat), dated 8 July 2004, for approval of the Whole RF Channel Service Agreement between Telesat and Bell ExpressVu Inc. |

The Commission notes that Telesat filed the application in confidence and provided an abridged version for the public record. |

In Whole RF channel service agreement - DIRECTV 3, Telecom Order CRTC 2004-232, dated 14 July 2004, the Commission approved, on an interim basis,Telesat's application effective 19 July 2004. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves on a final basis Telesat's application. |
