The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 12 March 2003 and amended on 19 March 2003 and 17 September 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 216, Customer Specific Carrier Wide Area Networking Services (Carrier WAN Services) - Specific Customer Only. |

The Commission is satisfied that the proposed service meets the imputation test, and that the terms and conditions of the proposed tariff meet the information requirements outlined in Review of Bell Canada's customer-specific arrangements filed pursuant to Telecom Decision 2002-76, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-63, 23 September 2003. |

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order. |
