Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers |

The Commission received an application by Microcell Solutions Inc. (Microcell), dated 17 September 2004, for approval of revisions to Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (MALI) between Microcell and Bell Canada. |

The MALI sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between Microcell's and Bell Canada's networks. |

3. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission notes that Microcell filed the revised Schedule C in confidence and did not provide an abridged version of this document for the public record. |

The Commission approves Microcell's application. |
