Microcell Solutions Inc.

Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by Microcell Solutions Inc. (Microcell), dated 17 September 2004, for approval of revisions to Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (MALI) between Microcell and Bell Canada.

2.

The MALI sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between Microcell's and Bell Canada's networks.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission notes that Microcell filed the revised Schedule C in confidence and did not provide an abridged version of this document for the public record.

5.

The Commission approves Microcell's application.
