The Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), dated 17 September 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 1000.03, Emergency Voice Local Network Access Redirection. |

In the event of an emergency, this custom-designed arrangement will enable SaskTel, upon the customer's request, to redirect the customer's voice-traffic telephone numbers to a predetermined alternate business location. |

SaskTel indicated that the rate was developed on an individual basis and was based on the costs incurred to provide the service. SaskTel filed a cost study in support of the proposed special assembly. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves SaskTel's application. The revisions take effect as the date of this Order. |
