Agreement specifying the procedures of the interexchange carrier group


The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 8 September 2004, for approval of the Agreement Specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group (the agreement) between MTS Allstream and Teleglobe Canada ULC.


The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions, including the role and responsibilities of MTS Allstream's Carrier Services Group, under which MTS Allstream will provide trunk-side access to Teleglobe Canada ULC.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves MTS Allstream's application.
