Agreement specifying the procedures of the interexchange carrier group |

The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 8 September 2004, for approval of the Agreement Specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group (the agreement) between MTS Allstream and Teleglobe Canada ULC. |

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions, including the role and responsibilities of MTS Allstream's Carrier Services Group, under which MTS Allstream will provide trunk-side access to Teleglobe Canada ULC. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
4. |
The Commission approves MTS Allstream's application. |
