The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 24 December 2003, to revise General Tariff item 105, Terms of Service, in order to amend the definition of Basic Service to remove the reference to Prince Edward Island in relation to party line service. Prince Edward Island does not provide party line service. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
3. |
The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
4. |
Aliant Telecom is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change. |
