Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by Call-Net Enterprises Inc. (Call-Net), on behalf of Call-Net Communications Inc. (CNCI), dated 30 August 2004, for approval of the revised Schedule C for the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (the agreement) between CNCI and Bell Canada.

2.

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between CNCI and Bell Canada's networks.

3.

The Commission notes that CNCI filed the application in confidence and provided no abridged version for the public record.

4.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves Call-Net's application.
