Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers |

The Commission received an application by Call-Net Enterprises Inc. (Call-Net), on behalf of Call-Net Communications Inc. (CNCI), dated 30 August 2004, for approval of the revised Schedule C for the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (the agreement) between CNCI and Bell Canada. |

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between CNCI and Bell Canada's networks. |

The Commission notes that CNCI filed the application in confidence and provided no abridged version for the public record. |
|
4. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
5. |
The Commission approves Call-Net's application. |
