1. |
The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 26 August 2004, to revise the former TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TCQ) General Tariff item 2.16.01, Name That Number, in order to cross reference the tariffed rate for reverse search directory assistance (RSDA) service to that of TCQ's directory assistance service. |
2. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
3. |
In Operator services - Reverse search directory assistance, Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-49, 22 July 2004, the Commission determined that the rate for RSDA service should be the same as the rate applicable to a telephone company's directory assistance service given that RSDA service utilizes the directory assistance database. |
4. |
The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order. |
