The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 30 September 2004 and amended on 12 October 2004, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item 211, Wireless Transport Network Service - Lower Mainland and Southern Vancouver Island (B.C. Only), and its associated agreements, in order to extend the contract period of an existing customer-specific arrangement. |

In its application, TCI proposed to extend the contract period for a third 12-month extension ending 31 October 2005, and to provide for two contract term renewals, each for an additional one-year period, upon written request from the customer. |

The Commission approves on an interim basis TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 November 2004. |
